| For those that care, I live in Cambridge, England and I'm a scientific consultant, working mainly for Q-Chem Inc.
This is after just finishing my first post-doc working with Dr Peter Gill in the Theoretical Sector of the Department of Chemistry at the University of Cambridge after completing a Ph.D. (at Trinity College) in the same group.
My thesis concentrated on O(N) methods in quantum chemistry (if you want to know more, check out the publications section).
Despite the above impression, I'm not English - I'm a New Zealander (all in all a country with a much better cricwww-theor team!).
So it shouldn't be too surprising that my main hobbies pretty much all involve sport. |
